Our front office is open Monday-Friday from 7:05 am-4:00 pm to assist you with enrollment, registration along with other assistance Please note, in order to finalize the registration process you will need to provide the following documents to submit your child's application. 1. Proof of residence (electric/gas bill, home lease, or purchase agreement) all documents must be current and up to date.
2. Your child's birth certificate
3. Your child's social security card
4. Your child's current immunization records
5. Parent identification
